We started breeding and showing the King Charles Spaniels in 1983 with the purchase of a lovely Ruby female, Tickled Pink Of Amantra, "Lucy".

In our breeding program we strive for health and temperament, they must come first with the emphsis on matching the Breed Standard in every respect. We look for happy outgoing dogs, with free true movement and excellent head type with true "Charlie" expression.

I started in the early 80's judging Toy breeds at Open Shows and both Jenny and I are passed by the UK Kennel Club to award CC's in King Charles Spaniels.

I have judged Toy Groups as well as AV Toy classes at Open Shows all over UK. Jenny has Judged the King Charles Spaniel Club Open Show.

In Ireland I have given Green Stars, (their CC equivalent) to Cavaliers, King Charles, Papillons, Long Coat and Short Coat Chihuahuas, plus the Toy Group.

We are both members of the following breed clubs: King Charles Spaniel Club, Jenny is a Committee member. The King Charles Spaniel Association, and since 1987 I have been it's Chairperson. The Northeren King Charles Spaniel Club.
